    • 2. Children are normally too wrapped up in games and just being a kids. How can I encourage the kids I babysit to meditate? Should I meditate with them? Should I reward them?
    • 3. How can I comfort my friend that is dealing with a problem that I can not relate to? Should I seek advice from others that may be familiar with the problem?
    • 4. How can I ask for comfort from a friend without dumping my problems on them?
